Posted gift cards will be wrapped in a Jo Malone London Gift Box and sent via Express Post from our Woollahra boutique within 1-2 business days after order approval. A delivery fee of $4.95 applies per Gift Card.

Digital gift cards take up to 30 Minutes to be delivered to your choice of email from the time the order is approved

An eGift Card is a Jo Malone Gift Card that is delivered via email. It works in the same way as physical Gift Cards work today. You choose the amount and message and the recipient will receive your personalised email in 30 Minutes.

Open the email that is received from Jo Malone Gift Cards on your computer or mobile device and click the “Retrieve your eGift Card now” button. The eGift Card PDF will download and open.

Yes. You can order your Gift Card/s and have the order delivered to any person.

Yes. Jo Malone Gift Cards expire 36 months from the order being placed.

Jo Malone eGift Cards purchased at www.jomalone.com.au/giftcards/ are redeemable online at www.jomalone.com.au only or In Store at the Jo Malone London Woollahra Boutique. Gift Cards are not redeemable in any Jo Malone department stores or specialty stores.

No. Once a Gift Card has been loaded, the card's value cannot be increased.

Once Gift Cards are activated, they should be treated like cash as lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
